Sioux Falls, SD and Edmonton, AB – June 10, 2010 – DataSync, a leading global provider of integrated software-as-a-service solutions, is announcing the release of DataSync Suite integration for Microsoft Exchange, powered by Riva Integration Server. DataSync Suite (DSS) continues to add features and functionality to the already robust application suite by integrating Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS) using technology from Omni Technology Solutions, Inc.

DataSync Suite now delivers advanced integration for SugarCRM and Exchange/Outlook and BPOS in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. Exchange and BPOS users can now easily archive email to SugarCRM opportunities directly from all Microsoft Exchange clients including Outlook, Mac Mail, iCal and Address Book; and iPhone, BlackBerry and other ActiveSync mobile devices. In addition, they will have the advanced interoperability features from Riva’s SmartConvert Drop Folders to automatically convert an email into a CRM opportunity, quote, case or account. Also included is synchronizing native CRM information to your mail client so you can sort and view your opportunities, cases and quotes directly from your email client.

Users now have the option to connect and sync with either Microsoft Exchange mail or recently released Microsoft hosted BPOS within DataSync Suite.
