Omni announces Riva Live public beta at SugarCon 2010

SAN FRANCISCO, California – April 13, 2010 – Earlier today, Omni Technology Solutions, Inc., the leading provider of server-side CRM integration solutions, announced the public beta of Riva Live, the industry’s first cloud-based SaaS CRM integration service for Microsoft Exchange and Novell GroupWise – no plug-ins or server-software required. Riva Live is an extension of Riva Integration Server (Riva). Riva has revolutionized the CRM integration industry by providing the first server-to-server CRM integration offering between leading CRMs and Microsoft Exchange and Novell GroupWise. Riva allows users to access their CRM contacts, appointments, tasks, phone calls, opportunities, cases and quotes directly from all email clients including iPhone, Blackberry and ActiveSync mobile devices.
Riva Live is compatible with all Windows desktop clients including Outlook, Outlook Web Access and Entourage for Mac.
