Riva announces plans to support Oracle Fusion CRM and Lotus Notes
Riva, the leading sync solution for CRM and email systems, is pleased to announce plans to support Oracle Fusion CRM and Lotus Notes in Q1 2013. Riva currently delivers integrations for Microsoft Exchange and a dozen other leading CRM systems, including Oracle CRM On Demand.
With excitement building around Oracle OpenWorld 2012, we thought now would be a good time to share with the Oracle community that Riva will support Oracle Fusion CRM and Lotus Notes in Q1 2013.
Oracle Fusion CRM customers will be able to use Riva to sync contacts, calendar activities, to-do’s, email, opportunities, support requests, custom fields and custom objects to Microsoft Exchange, much the same way that Riva currently works with Oracle CRM On Demand.
In addition, Riva will broaden its email integration support to include Lotus Notes. Many large financial services and insurance companies will be excited about our new Notes integration when it comes available.
(Interested in being part of the Riva Beta test program? If your organization uses or is moving to Notes, Google Apps, Zimbra, Kerio or another email system and you have a minimum of 200 users and would be interested in participating in our beta test program for these systems, please fill out our contact us form and provide your details.)

CON 7317 – Oracle CRM On Demand and Fusion CRM Integration
for iPad and Mac Users
Presenter: Aldo Zanoni, CEO, Riva CRM Integration
So, one day your VP of Sales walks into your office with an iPad and Mac in hand and says: “I need our CRM On Demand (or Fusion CRM) contacts and calendar to sync to this. The executive team is looking at replacing our laptops with the new iPad. Let me know when you’re done!”
Many of our customers have faced and solved this problem. Riva syncs Oracle CRM On Demand (and Fusion CRM in Q1 2013) directly to Exchange on the back end. As a result, Riva supports all Exchange email clients and mobile devices, including Outlook 2010, Outlook Web Access, Office 365, Outlook on Citrix and Terminal Services, Outlook 2011 for Mac, Entourage, Apple Mail, iPad, iPhone, Android and BlackBerry devices. With Riva, there are no additional Outlook plugins or mobile apps to install, configure or manage.
