Riva announces Sugar integration for Lotus Notes at SugarCon 2013
As a long-standing SugarCon sponsor, we decided SugarCon 2013 would be the perfect event for Riva to announce and demonstrate our support for Lotus Notes and the new releases of Office 365 and Exchange 2013.
New York, NY – April 9, 2013 – Riva CRM Integration (www.rivacrmintegration.com) today announced it has extended Riva On-Premise and Riva Cloud to provide full sync support for Sugar, IBM Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange 2013, and Novell GroupWise 2012. Riva is the first solution to provide transparent, server-side CRM integration for Sugar and these leading corporate email systems.
Since October 2008, Riva has led the industry in providing direct, server-side synchronization for CRM systems – without any Windows Outlook client plug-ins required. As SugarCRM continues to grow its market share and attract larger customers who are looking to move beyond the limitations of Windows Outlook plug-ins for SugarCRM, Riva continues to improve its server-side sync solution for SugarCRM customers.
Because Riva syncs CRM data directly between Sugar and the target email system, Riva provides full sync support for all Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Lotus Domino, and Novell GroupWise email clients. These email clients include Lotus Notes on Windows, Notes Web Access, Outlook on Windows, Outlook Web App (OWA), Outlook on Citrix and Terminal Server, Outlook 2011 for Mac, Entourage for Mac, Apple Mail, and Novell GroupWise. In addition, Riva syncs Sugar to iPad, iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone and Microsoft Surface tablets and smartphones.
“Customers choose Riva because it delivers reliable, seamless, bi-directional integration of Sugar data to their email systems. Customers choose Riva because they can sync their CRM data to all email clients – including mobile clients – from a single Riva installation. From the single Riva server, Riva synchronizes users’ relevant CRM contacts, calendar events, tasks, opportunities, cases, quotes, projects, custom fields and custom objects – without the need to install any Outlook plug-ins or other applications on desktops, laptops or mobile devices,” said Aldo Zanoni, CEO of Riva CRM Integration. “Riva supports customers’ need to deliver CRM data synchronization support for Web Access and mobile devices from diverse OS providers including all native iPad, iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone and Microsoft Surface tablets and other mobile applications – without users having to be logged into Outlook on Windows for the synchronization to occur. Riva is about saving customers time, money, effort and frustration.”
“As a long-standing SugarCon sponsor, we decided SugarCon 2013 would be the perfect event for Riva to announce and demonstrate our support for Lotus Notes and the new releases of Office 365 and Exchange 2013,” continued Zanoni. “SugarCon gives us the opportunity to meet and receive feedback from an amazing variety of SugarCRM partners and customers – everything from Fortune 500 companies in all verticals to SMBs and individual users. With Riva, all Sugar customers can improve their end-user satisfaction and user adoption thereby improving the return on their CRM and email system investments.”
