Riva announces Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online + Office 365 integration

NEW ORLEANS, LA – March 19, 2013 – Riva CRM Integration (www.rivacrmintegration.com), today announced it has extended Riva On-Premise and Riva Cloud to provide full support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online + Office 365 with availability in April 2013. Riva is the first solution to provide server-side CRM integration for these Microsoft cloud-based solutions.

Since October 2009, Riva has led the industry in providing server-side, direct synchronization between Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics CRM – without any Windows Outlook client plug-ins required. Companies that adopt Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online + Office 365 can now choose to benefit from Riva’s server-side sync options and move beyond the limitations of the Windows Outlook plug-in for Dynamics CRM.

Because Riva’s sync process is server-side, Riva provides full sync support for all Office 365, Dynamics CRM 2011 Online, Dynamics CRM 2011 On-Premises and Microsoft Exchange clients. These include Windows Outlook, Outlook Web App (OWA), Outlook on Citrix and Terminal Server, Outlook 2011 for Mac, Entourage for Mac and all other desktop, laptop and mobile Exchange clients.

“Customers choose Riva because it delivers reliable, seamless integration of Dynamics CRM 2011 data to their email systems. This includes synchronizing CRM contacts, calendar events, service activities, tasks, opportunities, cases, quotes, orders, custom fields and custom objects – without the need to install any Outlook plug-ins or other applications on desktops, laptops or mobile devices,” said Aldo Zanoni, CEO of Riva. “And with the new Dynamics CRM 2011 cross-browser support Mac OS X, Apple iOS devices and the improved Outlook Web App (OWA), more and more non-Windows Outlook customers need to sync data from Dynamics CRM. Riva satisfies this need and also provides CRM integration with native iPad, iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone and Microsoft Surface tablets and other mobile applications – without users having to be logged into Outlook on Windows for the synchronization to occur.”

“As a Microsoft Convergence 2013 sponsor, this is the perfect event for Riva to announce and demonstrate our Dynamics CRM 2011 + Office 365 integration,” continues Zanoni. “At Convergence, we have the opportunity to meet and receive feedback from an amazing variety of Microsoft Dynamics CRM partners and customers – everything from Fortune 500 companies in all verticals to SMBs and individual users. All Dynamics CRM customers are looking to improve end-user satisfaction and user adoption and thereby improve the return on their Office 365 and Dynamics CRM investment.”
