Microsoft Convergence takeaway: CRM synchronization for multiple email systems

Many European companies have heterogeneous IT infrastructures. This was one of the key takeaways from Microsoft Convergence 2013 EMEA in Barcelona. Microsoft customers not only need direct Exchange integration for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and NAV, but they also desperately require server-side CRM synchronization for IBM Notes and Novell GroupWise.

Greifenburg/Munich, 12 December 2013 – Riva CRM Integration (www.rivacrmintegration.com), the first CRM integration platform to deliver server-side synchronization for multiple CRM and email systems, was a first-time exhibitor at Microsoft Convergence 2013 EMEA. More than 3,000 Microsoft customers attended the 3-day event in Barcelona. Attendees came to learn about the latest news and developments regarding Microsoft Dynamics. The last Microsoft Convergence gathering in EMEA was held in Copenhagen in 2008.
