Riva wins Bronze Stevie Award for customer service excellence

Team Riva had an amazing time celebrating our achievements in customer service excellence at the 15th annual American Business Awards, known as the Stevie® Awards. The 2017 Stevie Awards attracted a record 2,300 nominations from organizations around the world. Riva was honored with a bronze award in the Stevie Customer Service Department of the Year category (computer software companies, up to 100 employees).

The Stevie Awards program was created in 2002 to recognize businesses for their achievements and contributions. The finalists in the Stevie Customer Service Department of the Year category deliver exceptional customer service. The Stevie Award program has become one of the most coveted recognitions that can be bestowed on a business today.
