CRM data automation and Customer Intelligence
Lorenz explains how Riva has been a leader in CRM and email integration for the past decade and how they have now expanded their focus as leaders in CRM data automation and Customer Intelligence. What does this mean for Riva customers?
Riva makes it easy for customer-facing team members to be smarter about their interactions and get a better feel for what’s important to their customers by providing real-time insights on what conversations have taken place with the company. Using relationship mapping and analytics, cognitive insights, Artificial Intelligence, and related public data – delivered directly in Outlook and IBM Notes – Riva customers have immediate access to a number of insights that amplifies their customer awareness and provides a complete 360-degree view of the customer.
Recap of 2017 Events
In 2017, Riva had the opportunity to attend 65 events spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. For many of these events, Riva was also a sponsor and exhibitor. One of the biggest events they sponsor and exhibit at is Salesforce’s Dreamforce.
“Salesforce has this down,” noted Lorenz. “The content is fantastic and the breakout sessions at all of the different venues are top-notch quality.”
Lorenz, on behalf of Riva, is also a member of the Information Technology Alliance, ITA. As part of the content committee for the ITA semi-annual conferences, Lorenz had the opportunity to suggest a panel discussion on Artificial Intelligence.
Two AI panel discussions at ITA’s semi-annual conferences in 2017 touched on:
- AI technology coming into CRM business space with a primary driver being Cloud technology compute power
- Alan Lepofsky, Constellation Research, talking about the theoretical implications of AI
- Andre Konig, co-founder of Opentopic, which uses the AI bot Sia, and Aaron Harris of Sage Intacct and their use of Pacioli, talking about the practical applications of AI
