Key to the project’s success was Riva’s ability to seamlessly and transparently sync GoldMine calendars to the native calendar apps on mobile devices such as the iPhone, iPad, and other smartphones and tablet PCs. Leading packaging supplier, Van Genechten, implemented Riva Integration Server from Omni to improve sales management and to provide bi-directional, server-side synchronization between Sugar, GroupWise and salespeople’s mobile devices. Serving the largest food and non-food brands with packaging solutions, Van Genechten’s sales teams can now access CRM information from GroupWise and their mobile device without any plug-ins required.
Better Place Australia
Better Place Australia implemented Riva Integration Server from Omni to automatically synchronize Salesforce information to executives’ BlackBerry devices and to Microsoft Outlook. Riva replaced the Outlook plug-in for Salesforce that needed to be installed, configured and managed on each user’s mobile device, desktop and laptop.
