What is on the horizon for CRM in 2018? How will you take advantage of emerging technologies in your business and more importantly, what can you do to ensure your teams embrace it?
Riva was the first company to integrate CRMs directly with Office 365, Exchange, Gmail and G Suite, and GroupWise – without the need to install or manage any client-side plugins. When we started back in 2008, we were the only kid on the block. With increased competition, we continue to listen carefully to our customers and provide them better implementations and use of our technology and ensure that for every dime our customers spend with us, they receive at least a dollar’s worth of value and by ensuring that this value increases over time.
One of the keys to a successful business hinges on the ability to cultivate and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients. There is a lot of talk about how we, as a society, are now in the “Age of the Customer”, but what does that really mean?
