Riva Professional Services
1. Configuration Services: Professional services related to discovery, planning, installing, configuring, testing and providing best practices training for the Riva administrator are available at the standard rate of $150/hr. Assuming the system requirements and service accounts are all in place, a default installation would require three to 10 hours. To help customers jump-start their testing, we offer a Get Started Bundle for a maximum of three hours at the discounted rate of $100/hr rather than the standard rate of $150/hr.
2. Solution Design and Development Services: Advanced solution design, advanced filtering, planning, customisation and developer services including planning and implementation of advanced fail-over and/or disaster recovery strategies and testing are available at $200/hr. The number of hours will depend on the amount of customisation (custom fields, required fields, custom objects) in your environment. Customers with a default implementation should not require advanced developer professional services.
