Select Riva edition: Riva On-Premise | Riva Cloud Riva On-PremiseRiva On-Premise delivers advanced, server-side CRM data integration for Microsoft Exchange and Novell GroupWise – NO plug-ins required. Riva On-Premise gets installed in your environment on a Windows server. It is compatible with on-premise and hosted Exchange mailboxes and CRM systems. The pricing listed below is in U.S. dollars and is subject to change without notice. A minimum 5-user purchase applies. For fewer licences, please refer to Riva Cloud below. Payment can be made by purchase order (U.S. and Canada only), Visa / MasterCard (orders under $2,000) or bank transfer. NOTES: Riva On-Premise is licensed according to your CRM licence type (perpetual or subscription). Note that some CRMs, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, can be licensed on a perpetual or subscription basis, which is why there are two different prices for Riva for Microsoft Dynamics CRM below. License all of your CRM users or only those who need integration. (A minimum 5-user purchase applies. If you need to license Riva for fewer than five users, refer to our Riva Cloud hosted service below.)
* For perpetual CRM licences, such as for Sugar CE, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SageCRM, you license Riva based on a one-time purchase fee that includes the first 12 months of software upgrades and support. So, including the first 12 months of software upgrades and support, a 15-user perpetual licence of Riva for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is 15 x $225 USD per user = $3,375. It will be $1012.50 (30% of the original purchase price) to renew your support and upgrades after the first year. If you do not renew your Riva software and support contract, Riva will continue to work with the current version of your CRM and email system (but not against new releases).
** For subscription-based CRM licences, such as for Salesforce, Oracle CRM On Demand, Sugar Professional and NetSuite, Riva is licensed on a subscription basis (per user, per year). Your annual renewal is equal to your purchase price. So, a 3-user subscription licence of Riva for Salesforce is 15 x $195 USD per user = $2925 (renewable annually). While your Riva subscription is current, you will have full access to Riva support and upgrades. If you choose not to renew your Riva subscription, Riva will no longer deliver CRM integration.

Riva Cloud (No minimum purchase)Riva Cloud delivers hosted, SaaS CRM integration for small businesses, hosted CRM customers and Mac environments that do not want to set up a Windows server. Riva Cloud is compatible with on-premise and hosted Exchange mailboxes and CRM accounts. Supported CRMs include Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sugar (all versions), Oracle CRM, SageCRM, SalesLogix, NetSuite and other leading CRM systems. NOTE: The pricing below is listed in U.S. dollars. Monthly fees can be paid by Visa or MasterCard (download our credit card authorization form).
