Riva CRM Integration for IBM Notes and Domino
The IBM ConnectEd 2015 App Throwdown (#IBMConnectED) is a fun, interactive event where IBM’s business ecosystem of partners and developers demonstrate their solutions to a live audience of IBM clients, business partners and sellers who then select their favorite app!
Vote for Riva CRM Integration
Last year Riva was selected as one of the IBM Connect 2014 App Throwdown finalists. This year, we’re hoping to win the competition and share Riva CRM Integration on center stage in front of thousands of IBM customers, partners, and executives.
Why your team will love Riva
Riva seamlessly integrates the world’s best CRM systems with IBM Notes and Domino, IBM SmartCloud, and the new IBM Verse. For example, customers use Riva to integrate salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP C4C, Oracle Sales Cloud, SugarCRM, Infor CRM, and others with their IBM collaboration solutions.
Riva addresses the critical business need for reliable, server-side CRM integration for email systems. Gartner predicts CRM will double in size in the next 3 years to $36B. Without Riva, IBM customers would be under considerable pressure to migrate to Exchange and Office 365 to “fully benefit” from CRM plug-ins for Outlook and Office 365. Riva allows IBM customers to continue to benefit from their existing IBM infrastructure and to leverage the power of the next generation of cloud-based IBM collaboration solutions – IBM SmartCloud and IBM Verse – without needing to install or manage any client-side plug-ins.
Riva drives CRM adoption and success for your entire enterprise – for your executive, sales, support, and marketing teams. Riva keeps your CRM and IBM collaboration systems (including your IBM Notes Traveler users) in sync. Riva delivers direct, server-side synchronization of CRM contacts, calendars, tasks, email, opportunities, cases, custom fields, custom objects, and other CRM data.
Riva eases administration costs and complexity by not requiring any client-side IBM Notes or IBM Notes Traveler plug-ins or separate applications. Our largest Riva customer to date, for example, uses Riva to sync over 20,000 CRM calendars for users around the globe. Riva is much more reliable and easier to manage for large enterprise IBM Notes environments. In addition, with Riva there are no mail template changes required.
Because Riva syncs data server-side, it means we bridge the CRM integration gap for all users – whether they’re using the IBM Notes client for Windows and Mac, IBM iNotes, IBM Notes running on Citrix, IBM SmartCloud, IBM Verse, and any IBM Notes Traveler smartphone or tablet (iPad, iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, and Windows Phone).
Marketo integration for IBM Notes and Domino
In addition to reliably integrating the world’s leading cloud and on-premise CRM systems with IBM Social Collaboration platforms, Riva also bridges the integration gap for Marketo customers.
Marketo is one of the leading cloud platforms for marketing automation. Riva integrates Marketo contacts and leads, Marketo lead nurturing and lead scoring data, email, and other data with IBM Social Collaboration solutions and makes the data available across all platforms (Windows, Mac, Web, Virtual Desktops, Mobile).
Riva Insight for IBM Notes and Domino
In January 2015, we will be launching Riva Insight, our new CRM side panel for IBM Notes, IBM SmartCloud, and IBM Verse.
Our latest development, Riva Insight, combines the versatility and flexibility of an IBM Notes side panel for CRM systems with reliable, server-managed content. This helps bridge the gap between certain advanced sync requirements that are best handled by a client-side plug-in, yet still deliver the reliability and centralized control of server-managed and controlled content.
For example, Riva Insight can be configured to display context-aware contact information and related activities for CRM contacts and accounts directly from within IBM Notes. Users can quickly access related information in Google Maps, Wikipedia, Google News, Local Weather, Local Time, and the company website for CRM contacts and accounts. Riva Insight can be used to connect InsideView and other data sources to IBM Social Collaboration platforms and automatically enrich CRM contacts and accounts with up-to-date contact information. Riva Insight puts additional customer insight and relevant public information at users’ fingertips.
Riva supports any combination of cloud and on-premise CRM, IBM Social Collaboration, and Marketo systems. In addition to supporting IBM Social Collaboration environments, Riva also delivers reliable, server-side integration for Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Novell GroupWise. We plan to launch Google Apps (Gmail) integration support in Q1 2015. This is very helpful for IBM customers who have mixed messaging environments.
