In January 2015, we will be launching Riva Insight, our new CRM side panel for IBM Notes, IBM SmartCloud, and IBM Verse.

Our latest development, Riva Insight, combines the versatility and flexibility of an IBM Notes side panel for CRM systems with reliable, server-managed content. This helps bridge the gap between certain advanced sync requirements that are best handled by a client-side plug-in, yet still deliver the reliability and centralized control of server-managed and controlled content.

For example, Riva Insight can be configured to display context-aware contact information and related activities for CRM contacts and accounts directly from within IBM Notes. Users can quickly access related information in Google Maps, Wikipedia, Google News, Local Weather, Local Time, and the company website for CRM contacts and accounts. Riva Insight can be used to connect InsideView and other data sources to IBM Social Collaboration platforms and automatically enrich CRM contacts and accounts with up-to-date contact information. Riva Insight puts additional customer insight and relevant public information at users’ fingertips.

Riva editions

Riva supports any combination of cloud and on-premise CRM, IBM Social Collaboration, and Marketo systems. In addition to supporting IBM Social Collaboration environments, Riva also delivers reliable, server-side integration for Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Novell GroupWise.
