How to set up a Riva Live account

There are four steps to set up your Riva Live Account:

• Step One: Register for your Account
• Step Two:  Configure your Email and CRM connection information
• Step Three:  Configure your Riva Live Sync Policy
• Step Four:  Confirm your Category Information (Exchange)
