Introducing InsideView for Riva Insight

Riva Insight customers can now take advantage of our new InsideView integration at no additional cost! InsideView aggregates and curates company and contact data, news and social insights, and professional connections. InsideView for Riva Insight makes this company and contact information available directly from the Riva Insight side panel for Outlook and IBM Notes.

How does Riva know which CRM contacts to sync to my email client?

This is a very popular question we receive at trade shows. Riva provides very flexible contact sync options, including the ability to sync contacts you “own” in CRM (contacts that are assigned to you), contacts that you can see in CRM (based on CRM security permissions), and team-based contacts. We can also apply any number of “filters” so individual users and groups of users see the contacts that they care about whether the filters are applied based on cities, regions, product lines, company sizes, team membership, user role, and others.

Tip of the month

Did you know Riva can skip private appointments in your email client?

Is your CRM filled with users’ personal reminders and tasks that don’t need to be tracked and viewed by everyone using your CRM? By default, Riva syncs “private” appointments to CRM as blocked time and will hide appointment details. Riva also has the flexibility to skip private appointments altogether and not even sync blocked time to your CRM.
