Riva honored with awards for growth and customer service excellence

The entire Riva Team takes great pride in delivering customer delight. Our focus on hiring and retaining top candidates (what we call “10s”) and going the extra mile for our customers and partners have helped us top the 2017 Alberta Venture Fast Growth 50 list of companies and receive a Bronze Stevie Award for Customer Service Excellence in March. We are very pleased to share that Riva has grown an average of 51% for the past seven years in a row and our Client Success Team has achieved a 98% satisfaction rating in ZenDesk, well above the industry average, for the past two years in a row.
