Riva Authorized Reseller
Riva Authorized Resellers are eligible to receive a 10% reseller discount (initial purchase only) on Riva On-Premise and Riva Cloud (annual subscriptions only). There is no annual partner fee. Riva training is recommended but not required. This level is ideal for CRM implementation partners who want a quick, no-cost way to begin reselling Riva.

Riva Authorized Partner
Riva Authorized Partners are eligible to receive a 20% partner discount (on purchases AND annual renewals). Authorized Partners will receive up to 10 FREE Riva NFR licences for internal use and demonstrations (and up to 10 additional licences for 50% off).

Requirements

  • $595 US (505 €) annual Partner Fee
  • A 60-minute Riva training session for your sales/support teams is recommended
  • We encourage partners to profile Riva on their website

The $595 annual partner fee will be waived for partners who achieve a minimum of $10,000 (8480 €) in new Riva sales per year (excluding renewals).
