During this Riva Tech Talk we learned how some support and sales organizations use Riva to automate case and opportunity creation, management, and tracking.

For example, Riva can be used to automatically create new CRM cases based on emails that come into generic support@ or help@ email accounts. CRM triggers and workflow can route these cases and opportunities through to the appropriate team or rep for follow-up.

CRM can automatically create the associate case or opportunity and send a follow-up email to the customer and add a custom ID to the subject line. And Riva can be configured to automatically track all email communications related to these cases/opportunities to CRM to improve customer service and team collaboration around sales opportunities and support tickets.
