Exchange support for Mac OS X 10.6 Snow LeopardWith the launch of Mac OS X Snow Leopard, Apple introduced Microsoft Exchange compatibility for Outlook 2011 for Mac; Apple Mail, Address Book and iCal; and Entourage 2008 and 2004. Riva Integration Server from Omni is now able to sync CRM address book, calendar, sales and support data to Exchange mailboxes that are connected to Mail, Address Book and iCal running on your MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac, Mac Pro, iPhone and iPad. Updates made to these CRM contacts in Address Book will be automatically and transparently synced back to the CRM.
