By clicking on the “Opportunities” folder in your Outlook Mobile client, you will see a complete list of your open opportunities.
When you open an opportunity, for example the “Grand Hotels” opportunity in the image below, Riva displays an email summary view of the opportunity information. This includes the opportunity name, expected close date, customer type, amount, next step, sales stage, probability and other CRM-specific opportunity information. To edit the opportunity, simply click the “Edit” button in the Riva ConnectBar and Riva will automatically open the opportunity in the CRM without you having to launch a browser, login and manually search for the opportunity to edit. This saves time. And, time is money – particularly for business executives and salespeople.
In the image below, you see that Riva automatically opened the opportunity in the CRM.
