Notice of Assignment of Riva License Agreement to Riva International, Inc.

We are proud to announce that Omni Technology Solutions, Inc. has created a wholly-owned subsidiary, Riva International, Inc., to be focused on and responsible for taking Riva to the next level.

Effective January 1, 2015, as customers' subscription renewals have come due, Riva customers have been advised of the transition and assignment of the existing contract to Riva International, Inc.

Many of the announcements that are being made this summer are the direct result of the continued growth and excitement at Riva. We look forward to continuing to ensure Riva provides customers with the best possible CRM and email sync experience and is successful in helping deliver customer delight for our customers.
